This version (John Norden 1595) is interesting in that it is clearly copied from a single sheet or close copy - not the Petworth manuscript. A note reads: 'id est decem carucatus in loco ubi dicitur suðtun - written in A-S script - ad Insula Clitorum que Anglice usitato onomate Æðelingsei -ditto- nuncupatur' ... 'prefato vero terre et donatio huius agelli hiis terminis Circumsepta patescit..' But sadly the bounds are omitted
